  • You have a predictable sales funnel (referrals do not count 😉)
  • You know how to effectively market your offer and your content
  • You’re tracking simple KPIs such as profit and loss, sales metrics and retention
  • Top 3 probs Taeler see’s in new clients trying to scale.
  1. To make it to 7 figures, what are some of the things you DONT need that everyone is out there selling?

-Paid Funnels

-Multiple Offers

-An app, low-ticket “passive” offer or a downsell option

-A big team or assistant coaches

-Hyper-fixation on “making more money”

  2. Scalable Offer Deepdive: You only need one offer to scale to 7-figures as a fitness professional.

-Are you charging enough?

-Does raising your rates make you nervous? Or Do you feel like you have to “add more” to charge more?

-Do you have a scalable offer set up?

-How long does one check in take you?

-Could you automate something to open up more spots on your roster?

  1. Sales- Responding to inquiries, DM’s, 
  2. Marketing- Strategies and how coaches can best market themselves in ways they either are not OR are not doing as good of a job as they can.  “Taeler I HATE social media!” – what do you say to these people?
  3. Talk about your Rule of One.  One Audience.  Deliver One Message.  Create One Call To Action.
